Tajski masaż brzucha oraz Chi Nei Tsang
Deep work with the abdominal area, combining elements of Taoist practice with traditional Thai bodywork.
In traditional Thai medicine, the abdomen is considered an important centre of the body. When the body is functioning well, the abdomen naturally moves with the breath and feels soft, warm and at ease.

Hania Łubek o masażu brzucha
Over almost 20 years of practising and teaching Thai massage, I have repeatedly found that working with the abdomen can be essential when we want to understand and work with the body as a whole.
For years, I therefore sought out teachers who specialised in this particular area. I studied different approaches to abdominal work in Chiang Mai, comparing their methods and gradually incorporating what I found valuable into the Yeshe approach.
Abdominal work is an important part of traditional Thai massage. Many of the Thai Sen lines are accessed through the abdomen, and working with this area can influence the way the body moves, breathes and feels. It is also interesting to note that many traditional Thai acupressure approaches for the lower back and hips begin with points on the abdomen.
The abdomen also responds strongly to stress. We often tighten this area without even noticing it, especially when stress becomes chronic. Working with the abdomen can therefore be a powerful way of bringing more ease and space to the whole body.
Abdominal massage is one of the most important elements of traditional Thai massage. This is where the Thai Sen lines run, and in traditional Thai medicine, their proper functioning is considered important for the way we feel in our bodies, how well the organs function and how relaxed the mind can be. It is worth noting that almost all traditional Thai acupressure procedures for lower-back and hip problems begin with points on the abdomen.
The abdomen, however, responds to more than just feelings of happiness and ease. It naturally tightens in moments of stress, and when stress becomes chronic, some people experience the abdominal area as a place where emotional tension and difficult experiences are held. Over time, this can contribute to physical tension and discomfort in the body.

What makes abdominal work so important?
- Releases tension in the superficial fascia and adhesions, creating more space for the tissues and organs
- Can help release physical tension held in the abdominal area
- Deeply relaxes the body and supports nervous system regulation — many people notice that they sleep more peacefully afterwards
- Stimulates circulation and lymphatic flow in the abdominal area
- Helps release tension around the lower back and can support more natural posture and movement

W Yeshe z brzuchem pracujemy na dwa sposoby
Depending on whether you want to add abdominal techniques to your existing bodywork practice or learn a separate, in-depth approach to abdominal work, we offer two different courses.
Kurs indywidualny CHI NEI TSANG
Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional Taoist approach to working with the abdominal area and internal organs. The work is precise and progressive, allowing us to work through layers of tension and restriction.
The course is based on a sequence developed by Nareena Tawanmai (also known as Nareena Tawari), a student in the lineage of one of Thailand’s well-known teachers, Khun Ni.
Hania’s own interest in this work grew through studying different approaches to abdominal massage in Chiang Mai, and this is why Chi Nei Tsang has become a separate part of the Yeshe teaching programme.
The treatment is performed with meditative concentration, either on a mat or on a massage table, and takes approximately two hours.
Because this work requires a certain level of experience and sensitivity in working with the body, the course is best suited to people who already practise bodywork.
- czas trwania kursu: 3 dni
- kurs odbywa się w formule 1:1 lub 1:2
- miejsce kursu: Warszawa (PL)/Immenstadt (DE)
- kurs prowadzi: Hania Łubek
- koszt kursu: 3500 pln/2850 pln (kurs 1:1 lub 1:2)

Kurs grupowy — Tajski masaż brzucha (Nuad Thong)
Elements of abdominal massage are introduced already during the beginner Thai massage course. Deeper work with this area, however, requires sensitivity, precision and a good understanding of the body’s response — which is why we develop it further in this separate three-day course.
During the course we explore:
Supporting the pelvic organs – we explore techniques for working with the lower abdomen that can support the area around the bladder and pelvic organs, particularly in relation to changes associated with ageing or after pregnancy.
- czas trwania kursu: 3 dni
- wielkość grupy: max. 6 osób
- koszt kursu: 2450 pln
Kurs prowadzi Hania Łubek

Hania has been practising Thai massage since 2007. She is the founder of Yeshe Thai Massage School and the creator of the Yeshe Nuad approach, rooted in traditional Thai bodywork.
She has studied with many Thai teachers and masters, including Pichest Boonthume in Chiang Mai, and regularly returns to Thailand to deepen her practice. Since 2010, more than 750 people in Poland and abroad have taken part in her courses.
Hania teaches an approach to massage that does not follow a set sequence, but instead responds precisely to the body of each individual person. She pays just as much attention to the person giving the massage: working with posture, breath and movement from the centre is at the heart of her teaching, allowing the massage to become effortless.
