Join Yeshe Thai massage workshop and get a lovely treatment in our Yeshe Nuad tent. Find out who we are, ask questions, get answers or a treatment – sometimes that works way better than a number of words 🙂
Festiwal Wibracje is a 4-day event combining lectures, workshops, concerts – dances – bonfires into a unique mixture. This is the largest festival in Poland on holistic, natural care of oneself and one’s surroundings, ecology, development and living in harmony.
You will be welcomed by, among others: Hania Łubek, Mateusz Zybura, Szymon Kłosowicz, who will gladly share their skills during Yeshe Nuad sessions, which can last from 30 minutes to even 2 hours. 1 hour treatment price: 150 pln.
=> it is never good to rush before/after treatment so make sure you have an additional 20 minutes for a short conversation, change of clothes and rest.
=> Take with you: comfortable clothes ex. leggings (the less slippery, the better) and a T-shirt (preferably cotton).

WORKSHOP
During the festival, we are happy to invite you to the Yeshe Nuad workshop. We will share knowledge and techniques on how to relax tense backs and shoulders. The workshop will by guided by Hania Łubek, however, all Yeshe students are wellcomed to assist 🙂
