On Saturday, we invite you to an acro yoga session followed by a bodywork exchange – already held for the 2nd time here.
During the massage exchange jam session we are meeting new people, exchanging techniques and of course share the joy of giving and receiving massage.

ACRO JOGA: is a spectacular body and movement game that combines elements of partner acrobatics and yoga. It includes horizontal, vertical and inverted positions, supports and counterbalances, which it combines into movement sequences of open or closed composition. Some see it as elements of Thai massage due to the giving and taking of weight, work with the center of gravity, the axis of symmetry of the body and the mobilization of joints.

The undoubted advantage of acro yoga is that one can start practicing without previous experience with yoga, acrobatics or any other sport.

EXCHANGE: it is a massage exchange aimed at mutual inspiration. We will start the evening with some opening techniques, that time will include passive stretching, continuing the topic of acro yoga. Then we will have the opportunity to improvise freely, receive valuable comments and inspiration while exchanging sessions and attentive touch.

Which type of massage can I exchange? any on the mat (without oil, unless to a small extent and you take the appropriate amount of towels with you), we will also have 7 mats to use.
Do I need experience? not really, we will start the exchange with a few opening techniques, after which we will have the opportunity to freely improvise.
Do I need a pair: usually it is not a problem to find a pair however of course you can bring a friend
Available: mats, there is also if you want to massage on the table – but bring your own towel / sheets.
What do I bring: yourself, comfortable clothes, a blanket
