THAI MASSAGE YESHE NUAD to holistyczny sposób patrzenia na ciało jako na odzwierciedlenie stanu umysłu. It brings together Eastern and Western approaches and deeply relaxes which gives a base for achieving measurable therapeutic effects. From Yeshe point of view, massage is something much more than a mere set of techniques “fixing body problems”. If performed with mindfulness it helps to understand how states of mind influence the body. Such approach helps the treatment results last much longer. Also therapists, clients and workshop participants learn to relax deeply, be more easy-going and joyful in all kinds of life situations, and to experience that their mind is naturally beautiful.

THAI MASSAGE COURSES YESHE NUAD v. 2 FOR BEGINNERS IS LEARNING:

    • HOW TO WARM UP THE BODY – so you can work deep and use pressure that is pleasant
    • FOOT MASSAGE – finding acupressure points on the feet
    • BACK MASSAGE – finding energy lines along the spine and relaxing tense shoulders
    • RELAXING tense NECK in a comfortable sitting position
    • BODY AWARENESS, how to keep your posture healthy and comfortable
    • Every participant will receive a handout which will help later on to repeat the material.

The course is designed in a way easy to follow for people without any experience of giving massage. All the techniques are clearly explained in a handout which supports later an individual practice. The course of Thai massage Yeshe Nuad is also building up body movement and posture habits that will allow you to give a massage without wearing your own body. In this way, with the time the body awareness will grow while the treatments will become more and more effortless.

YESHE NUAD THAI MASSAGE COURSES ARE DIVIDED IN 2 DIFFERENT PARTS vol 1 AND vol 2

In the vol 1 course, one learns to work in the supine position and on the side while vol 2 focuses on working in the prone and in the sitting position. In this way, the two weekends, on the one hand, complement each other wonderfully and, on the other, can be taken separately.
