You don’t need any anatomy to begin. At Yeshe, we learn anatomy through attentive touch and lived experience. Over time, your hands learn to recognize tissues, tensions, and the way everything in the body connects. Theory supports this process — but it’s practice that makes anatomy come alive.
NO MASSAGE EXPERIENCE — IS THIS COURSE STILL FOR YOU?
People arrive to this course from very different backgrounds: physiotherapists, yoga teachers, trainers, but also people who work in entirely different fields.
Paweł Jurewicz spent many years working in IT. He joined the Professional Thai Massage Course out of curiosity and an interest in bodywork. Today he successfully combines the world of technology with giving Thai massage sessions.

THE COURSE IS GUIDED BY HANNA LUBEK
Since 2007, she has practiced Thai massage and, from 2010, run workshops and courses in Poland, Europe, and the USA. She is the founder of the Yeshe Thai Massage School, which she builds together with a community of practitioners.
She developed her skills during numerous trips to Thailand, learning from many teachers and masters. The deepest influence came from Pitchest Boonthume, from whom she adopted a mindful, intuitive approach to the body and the ability to combine traditional techniques such as acupressure or Thai abdominal massage with spontaneity and listening to the needs of the person being massaged.

Diploma
After completing the course, giving the required number of sessions, and passing the exam, you’ll receive a bilingual Diploma of Completion of the Professional Yeshe Nuad Thai Massage Course — 108 hours. You’ll also be eligible to receive client referrals through yeshenuad.org.

The full Thai massage course (3 modules in Warsaw) including the exam, with a 750 PLN deposit: 5950 PLN if paid by 20 August 2026, 6750 PLN by 15 September, 7250 PLN after that date.

1. Who is this course for?
For people who want to learn Thai massage from scratch — both for future massage therapists and therapists, as well as people working with the body, trainers, yogis and anyone who wants to develop body awareness and learn to work using not only knowledge but also intuition.
2. What skills will I gain during the course?
You will learn to perform a full Yeshe Nuad Thai massage session from feet to head, work with the body in a safe and conscious way, use pressure, stretching and mobilization techniques, and build mindful, professional contact with clients.
3. How many techniques will I learn?
Yeshe Nuad courses are known for their wide range of techniques, which you can adapt not only to the person you’re massaging but also to your own build. That said, techniques aren’t the essence of the course — far more important to us is the ability to create a session tailored to real needs, one that lets the body truly relax and release deep tension.
4. What makes Yeshe courses different?
Yeshe Nuad means listening to the body and adapting techniques to the person — not repeating rigid sequences only slightly adjusted to the receiver. We combine traditional Thai techniques with intuition and attentiveness.
5. Do I need prior massage experience?
No, the course is designed so that anyone can easily absorb it — regardless of experience. Techniques are presented step by step, supported by an illustrated script. Thanks to years of experience, we know how to guide you through more difficult moments.
6. Will I be able to give a full-body massage after Step 1?
Yes. After just the 30-hour module, most participants can perform a relaxing full-body massage lasting 2 hours. Note that most participants also develop an appetite for more 🙂
7. What’s included in the course?
In addition to intensive, practical learning, each participant receives a detailed illustrated script facilitating further training at home and will be able to join supportive Yeshe community groups.
8. What are the next steps?
The Yeshe Nuad Professional Course consists of 3 modules (Step 1–3), after which you can fully benefit from advanced courses or repeat and reinforce the learned material by assisting in subsequent editions of this course.
