All Yeshe Nuad Thai massage workshops are designed for people who don’t have any experience in giving massage. All the techniques, though very effective are also easy to repeat later at home.

If you are interested in Yeshe Nuad, the workshops will be a great introduction to further development. Because they always introduce techniques that do not appear in Yeshe Nuad courses, they become a very good complement to them and create an additional opportunity to practice in a group.

GUIDING TEACHER: HANIA ŁUBEK

She gained her knowledge and experience by organizing and assisting in massage courses and during many trips to Thailand, during which she learned many types of Thai massage. She started her bodywork practice in 2007 and since 2010 she has been guiding workshops and basic and advanced courses, among others. in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the USA, additionally developing the Yeshe Thai massage school and its community.

Undoubtedly, her greatest inspiration in understanding Thai massage was one of the greatest masters of Thailand, Pitchest Boonthume, with whom she was developing the ability to work based on deep listening to the needs of the massaged body. It was here that she learned to follow her intuition and spontaneity, which she uses on a par with traditional procedures, such as Thai acupressure.

“Sharing my Thai work experience is always an incredibly rewarding experience for me, regardless of the country I have the opportunity to work in and the nationalities of people I meet. There is something beautiful and universal in the passion for conscious work with the body and developing a loving touch, that comforts and simply feels good.
