Whether you want to take your practice to the next level or learn facial massage techniques from scratch, this is an excellent opportunity. It will enable you to give long-lasting therapeutic effects for your clients, far deeper than cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Nooy, an exceptional teacher from Chiang Mai, the world capital of Thai massage, believes that sensitivity lies at the heart of effective facial treatments. In this course, you will learn how to maneuver your fingertips with gentle yet precise movements to deliver deep, natural treatments suitable for people of all ages. These techniques provide a natural lifting effect and restore a fresh, rejuvenated appearance for tired or wrinkled faces.
Whether you’re a beauty or massage professional or work in an exclusive spa, this advanced treatment offers long-lasting results, including therapeutic benefits, without the need for creams or beauty products. The method stimulates blood flow and nutrient circulation, helping to restore the face’s natural contour and radiant glow.

Thai facial massage according to Sirichan Clinic – what makes it stand out?

The primary goal of this session is to stimulate, invigorate, and harmonize the energy and blood flow throughout the body, neck, face, and arms. Dr. Nooy’s treatment reactivates the renewal of skin cells and vital fluids. During the massage, you will also explore reflexology zones and learn how to naturally stimulate the skin of the face for self-renewal.
This massage is not just about reducing wrinkles and achieving a radiant complexion—it also incorporates numerous therapeutic techniques.

    • Radiant eyes (also shallow bags under the eyes, techniques for tired and bloodshot eyes)
    • Effectiveness in ptosis, e.g. after a stroke
    • Improved face oval, lifting the corners of the mouth and reducing “hamsters”
    • Techniques to help with headaches, insomnia, persistent sound in the ears
    • Jaw relaxation techniques
    • Positive feelings thanks to the restoration of undisturbed energy flow in the SEN channels, which is expressed in well-being and in a clear rejuvenation of the face (up to 10 years).

Usually, the benefits become clear after the first treatment, releasing tension from the body and mind and restoring vitality to the face. After 1 to 10 treatments, clients enjoy long-lasting results.

ABOUT THE TEACHER DR. NOOY

an experienced Thai massage teacher living in Chiang Mai.

thai natural face treatment<br>Dr. Nooy’s skills were nurtured by the gentle, healing hands of her grandmother, a midwife and master of medicinal herbs. Growing up, she learned and practiced delicate Thai body massage techniques on women in her village. As her knowledge deepened, her fascination with massage culture and medicine grew stronger.
On weekends, Nooy would accompany her grandparents into the jungle to search for the perfect medicinal herbs. Alongside her technical skills, her grandmother imparted the Thai way of thinking—a philosophy preserved in their family for generations. This foundation allowed Nooy to immerse herself in the authentic practice and wisdom of traditional Thai medicine.
This foundation later led to her graduation as a doctor of traditional medicine. Dr. Nooy is certified by the Faculty of Alternative Medicine in both Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Since earning her qualifications, she has dedicated years to serving as a head massage teacher at the Chiang Mai Women’s Prison and the Chiang Mai Department of Skills Development (Ministry of Labor).
Throughout her career, one thing has remained constant: her unwavering commitment to preserving traditional Thai therapies and maintaining the highest standards in her teaching.
Through her work with a wide range of patients, Dr. Nooy realized that the art of authentic Thai massage was slowly disappearing. Many foreigners were learning in courses that repeated flawed techniques and approached the practice with a confused understanding, lacking true Thai knowledge.
In response, in 2014, she founded the Sirichan Massage Center to guide individuals interested in studying Thai massage, regardless of their skill level. The methods she employs are rooted in an untouched family tradition from northern Thailand, preserving their authenticity. As Dr. Nooy explains:

I am deeply committed to preserving the authentic art of healing through Thai massage therapies, as passed down by our ancestors. That is why the methods I use remain genuine and untouched by modern alterations.

WALKING MEDITATION ON THE BEACH

The tradition of our courses in Gdańsk is morning warm-ups on the beach. This time, Dr. Nooy will teach us walking meditation, which is an element of Thai meditation practice (Theravada Buddhism). It helps to focus the mind and develop mindfulness not only during the session but also in everyday life.
