How do the knees respond to imbalance in the body?
Knees rarely hurt “on their own.” Their pain often reflects imbalances elsewhere in the body – in the pelvis, hips, feet, or spine. Misalignment, tension in muscular chains, and energetic blockages along the Sen lines can all contribute to overload and pain in the knees.
In Thai massage, the knee is viewed as a point of integration – a place where the consequences of the whole-body imbalance are expressed. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to observe these patterns and work with them effectively.

What will you learn in the workshop?
- Thai acupressure points (Sen Sib) and work with energy lines running through the lower part of the body
- Effortless Thai massage techniques in the Yeshe Nuad tradition – how to release tension and support regeneration
- A holistic perspective on the knee as a place that reflects overall posture and patterns of overload in the body
- Mindful touch that supports regeneration and the return to balance

This workshop is for you if:
- you already have the basics and you like the Yeshe Nuad style of work
- you would like to better understand your body and that of the person being massaged
- you wish to expand your set of techniques or better understand those you already know
- you want to learn the art of precisely observing the relationships occurring in the body

Learning Thai massage means constantly deepening not only the techniques learned during basic courses, but also understanding the body and the entire range of relationships that affect how we feel. During the Yeshe Nuad Thai massage workshops, you will not only learn many variants of working with basic techniques, but also learn how to choose them properly to be able to perform a massage precisely responding to the needs of the massaged person.
Because each workshop introduces new elements, it is an excellent opportunity to deepen practice also for people who already have more experience in working with the body.
GUIDING TEACHER: HANIA ŁUBEK

She gained her knowledge and experience by organizing and assisting in massage courses and during many trips to Thailand, during which she learned many types of Thai massage. She started her bodywork practice in 2007 and since 2010 she has been guiding workshops and basic and advanced courses, among others. in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the USA, additionally developing the Yeshe Thai massage school and its community.
Undoubtedly, her greatest inspiration in understanding Thai massage was one of the greatest masters of Thailand, Pitchest Boonthume, with whom she was developing the ability to work based on deep listening to the needs of the massaged body. It was here that she learned to follow her intuition and spontaneity, which she uses on a par with traditional procedures, such as Thai acupressure.
“Sharing my Thai work experience is always an incredibly rewarding experience for me, regardless of the country I have the opportunity to work in and the nationalities of people I meet. There is something beautiful and universal in the passion for conscious work with the body and developing a loving touch, that comforts and simply feels good. I clearly remember the uncertainties I faced and the doubts I had to overcome—ranging from “Am I doing this right?” to “How can I be sure I won’t hurt anyone?” That’s why I have designed this course to give you not only a complete but also a safe toolkit to develop touch so you can enjoy every step of this beautiful path.”
