I warmly invite you to my upcoming Thai Massage Workshop in Immenstadt – a morning dedicated to learning, practicing, and enjoying the art of mindful touch. Whether you are completely new to Thai massage or already have some experience, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are and support your growth.
This Yeshe Nuad Thai Massage workshop will teach you how to support your back – the foundation of your overall well-being. Through a carefully selected set of techniques, you’ll discover how just a little focused attention can bring deep relief to a tired, overworked back, including the lumbar spine.
What to expect
In this workshop we will explore the Yeshe Nuad approach to Thai bodywork – a way of working that combines attentiveness, simplicity, and depth. Our focus will be on techniques and principles that are simple to use yet make the back feel supported, released, and happy.
You will learn:
The foundations of a healthy, relaxed back
- Simple yet powerful massage techniques that bring visible results
- How to apply acupressure points to ease tension and restore balance
- Stretching hip techniques that resemble passive yoga, supporting deep release
- Insights into the energy lines along the spine and simple ways to work with them
- How to use your body weight effectively, so you can work almost effortlessly even with people heavier than you
- The safe and effective use of forearms – especially helpful with solid or strong bodies
And beyond techniques, you will also:
- Relax, recharge, and spend time in the warm atmosphere of people who are passionate about bodywork
Only 6 Participants!
To ensure everyone receives individual guidance and enough time with the teacher, this workshop is intentionally limited to just 6 spots. The small group size creates an intimate, supportive atmosphere, where learning feels personal and connected. Each participant will have plenty of time for questions and personal assistance from the teacher, so you can deepen your understanding with confidence.
A space for learning and sharing
The workshop itself will run from 10:00 to 13:00. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay and join the Thai Flow Massage Exchange, where participants can continue practicing, exchanging, and integrating what they’ve learned in a relaxed, supportive space.
About your teacher
Hanna Lubek began her Thai bodywork journey in 2007, deepening her skills through numerous trainings, assisting in massage courses, and traveling extensively in Thailand to study different styles of Thai massage. Since 2010, she has been teaching workshops and courses across Europe and the USA, while also co-developing the Yeshe Thai Massage School and its community.
Her greatest inspiration came from studying with Thai master Pitchest Boonthume, who taught her to listen deeply to the body and to combine intuition and spontaneity with traditional methods such as Thai acupressure.
