Learn useful techniques and spend a relaxing evening.

Neck and shoulders often carry burdens of daily lives. Relaxing them after work or intensive week is a great way to keep head clear and mind happy.

A very delicate face massage will teach us how to „lighten our head” and remove everyday stresses. To do this we will learn how to deeply listen ourselves and relax letting ideas and feelings just pass by. As a side effect of regular self-treatmets one can expect that one’s skin will gain a better look (less tension and more shallow wrinkles).

THAI MASSAGE YESHE NUAD Thai Massage YESHE NUAD is based on medical Thai Massage. It brings together Eastern and Western approaches and deeply relaxes which gives a base for achieving measurable therapeutic effects.

EASY WAY OF LEARNING:

All the workshops are designed for people who don’t have any experience in giving massage. All the techniques, though very effective are also easy to repeat later at home. Moreover, for those interested in further development, workshops can be treated as a great introduction to Yeshe Nuad and its philosophy.

As we take great care over proper and ergonomic position while giving massage, with time the giver’s treatments will become effortless while body awareness also increases in everyday life situations.

Every participant will receive a handout which will help later on to repeat the material.
